By contacting Neson Studio for creative or technical services, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your project requirements and business identity.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final creative assets is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified. Neson Studio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Payment Terms
Project timelines and payment milestones are established on a per-engagement basis. Final delivery is contingent upon full settlement of the project balance.
Limitation of Liability
Neson Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables.
